You may find that switching to tires of that size will also require re-gearing your final drive. It depends on what your current gearing is. His was geared with a 3.42 rear end. I would expect a slight bump in width such as a 85 or more then likely a 95 will fit without much issues beside extreme suspension articulation. 35’s will not fit on a stock truck. These tire sizes are roughly 32.7” and come in the form of a 255/85 r16 or 255/80 r17 which is 33×10 (roughly) and will fit on a stock suspension with no lift and little to no rubbing. The width of a 255 works well, as long as you don’t fit negative offset rims or thick wheel spacers.
